The bar chart illustrates the changes of the percentage of people being born in and out Australia living in cities, towns and rural areas being compared by two years, which are 1995 and 2010.
It is clearly that, the percentage of people living in cities whether being born in Australia or not was always by far the highest in all 2 years. However, the percentage of individuals living in town being born in or Australia in 1995 was always by far the lowest, but it had some changes in the year of 2010.
In 1995, the amount of people living in cities and being born in Australia was higher than the percentage of individuals living in cities but being born outside Australia, with the percentages are nearly 45% and 60% respectively. The difference between percentages of people living in cities being born in cities and being born outside Australia still presented in 2010, with the percentage of nearly 62% and 80%
Going back to 1995, the amount of individuals living in towns being born in and outside Australia were lower than individuals living in rural areas being born outside Australia, with the percentages of 20% and 15% for living in towns and 25% and 40% for the individuals living in rural areas respectively.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
Nowadays, rich regions often give money to the regions which does not have as much money as them, but the poverty is not solved. So,
many opinions say that developed regions should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than money. I agree with the statement which is developed regions should give other types of help to the poor countries.
First, because of the relationship in exchanging goods. If the countries which are being given money by rich countries do not have a good relationship of exchanging goods, the goods will be stored day-by-day, so their finacial won't increase but will decrease, and to help them, rich countries need to give a bunch of money with a frequency of always, which will not be easy for many developed countries. So, the poverty will still be presented. For example, country A is given money by country B. Country A wants to exchange goods with country C, but they don't accept, so the goods will be stored day-by-day, governments need to spend money to save the goods safely and do not be affected. If the goods could not be exchanged, governments will lose a lot of money. So, country A will ask country B to give them more money so they can keep the goods and exchange with country C for quality goods.
Second, because of the saving habit. If the regions which are being helped by richer countries, but these regions do not know to save the money for the future, the poverty will still present. For example, if the region C give the region D 2 million dollars, but region D just spend it on eating, drinking for the government, and not care about people, region D will not being richer, but will being poorer.
To sum up, I think rich countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid so poor countries can be richer each day.
