I was late for the job interview because there was a huge traffic jam on the way. The traffic was at a standstill for a long time, and I was unable to move my car for at least 15 minutes. This caused me to be delayed, and I was worried that I would miss the interview entirely.

When I finally arrived at the location, I was flustered and disoriented. The building was hard to find, and I was running late, which made me even more nervous. I rushed into the interview room and apologized for being late, but I could tell that the interviewer was not happy with my tardiness.

I felt terrible about this whole experience because I had always prided myself on being punctual and reliable. Being late for the interview made me feel like I had let myself and the interviewer down. I also felt anxious about how my tardiness would affect my chances of getting the job.
