There are three main things to consider before writing your essay:
1. Tone (formal or informal)
Sometimes students are friendly with their tutors, but I think it would be better to write a formal letter. Start with your tutor’s surname (e.g. Dear Mr. Smith,) and end with “Yours sincerely,”. Avoid contractions (write “I am” instead of “I’m”), and avoid using informal idioms or expressions. Be polite rather than friendly.
2. Purpose
The main purpose of this letter is to inform your tutor that you are leaving the course. Make this clear straight away (e.g. I am writing to inform you that...). Then cover the three points, writing a short paragraph for each.
3. Ideas
I recommend spending a few minutes planning ideas for each of the task points before you start writing. You need to decide what the evening course is about, what your full-time job is, a reason why you are too busy with work to continue with the course, and whether you want to leave completely or perhaps continue at a later date.

Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am not able to continue part time evening course of IAS (International Accounting Standards) right now.There are several reasons behind this discontinution but the main reason is my full time job.
As an accounting and finance professional I always have deadlines and a lot of hardwork to do,Nowadays our financial year closing time is going on so I can not able to carry both things at a time.Because of that I am not able to focus on my part time evening course and i am lacking behind in this course.
I really appreciate your teachinng methods and kind behaviour.I also admit that this course is very helpfull for me and will be very fruitfull for my career in future. I feel regret that I can not able to continue this course right now.
Anyhow,I have a free time in evening on next summer so I am planning to take this course in next summer so that I may fully focus on course and get full benefits.

Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish.
Why do you think this is happening?
What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced?

We are living in advance era where people have very less time to take care about external problems.As a meter of fact we are focusing on internal well beings instead of external.This is the main reason that there are many problems rising there heads nowadays.
Here I want to elaborate one of the major problem which we are facing currently, And that is growing amount of rubbish we are producing every year.
In a rough idea we are prducing thousands of tons rubbish every day and these numbers are growing very rapidly.There are many reasons behind this but the main reason is "Plastic" which are found in huge quiantity everywhere,almost every human is using every days in different forms.
Plastic is the biggest cause of increasing rubbish in the world.We are using Plastinc every where in the form of plastic bags, plastic bottles,plastic packed snacks and many more.Due to this rubbish people are getting sick, more viral infections are increasing day by day.One of the study in Newyork University Of Heath and Care states that due to the smoke of buring the plastic rubbish people are having Lungs cancer.
To reduce this dialema, government must take seriouse steps to reduce the production and usages of plastic products.Nowadyas in many developed countries paper base products has been replaced by the plastic products.
In my experience using the paper base products instead of plastic products will be really helpfull to reduce rubbish growth.
Secondlly governement should also warn companies to use paper packing there products in paper base material instead of plastic base.
We all know that, it can not be happened overnight, we should all take the resposibilty to reduce the use of plastic and on the other hand governement should give certain time span to industries to reduce producing plastic materials.It will definatelly be helpfull to reduce rubbish in a huge quintity.
