There are three main things to consider before writing your essay:
1. Tone (formal or informal)
Sometimes students are friendly with their tutors, but I think it would be better to write a formal letter. Start with your tutor’s surname (e.g. Dear Mr. Smith,) and end with “Yours sincerely,”. Avoid contractions (write “I am” instead of “I’m”), and avoid using informal idioms or expressions. Be polite rather than friendly.
2. Purpose
The main purpose of this letter is to inform your tutor that you are leaving the course. Make this clear straight away (e.g. I am writing to inform you that...). Then cover the three points, writing a short paragraph for each.
3. Ideas
I recommend spending a few minutes planning ideas for each of the task points before you start writing. You need to decide what the evening course is about, what your full-time job is, a reason why you are too busy with work to continue with the course, and whether you want to leave completely or perhaps continue at a later date.

Dear Mrs. Brown,
I am writing this email to inform you that I cannot continue the course starting next month.
Recently, I got hired for a full-time job as a digital marketing coordinator so I may not have time to follow the program. This position offers me to work during office hours but from next month to the end of the year, which is the busiest time with orders coming, I may need to work overtime to finish my work. Besides, the living cost is becoming higher so I would like to spend more time working extra for more income.
The course brings much informative knowledge for me to apply to this position. I will not withdraw completely from the course, however, I may have to postpone the class until my work is slowed down a little in the future. I cannot attend all lessons in person or online but I would like to have some course materials from you so that during my free time, I can read these books.
I am thankful for what you taught me since the beginning of the course and I apologize that informing you about this situation this late.

Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish.

The waste level all over the world is becoming higher and higher in these recent years. There is much news on the media showing that trash and garbage can be found everywhere from the sea to the forest, which is damaging the natural environment. The reason for the high level of garbage production every day are urbanization and the recycling habit of consumers. Although this is an international issue that every country is having now, I believe that governments can educate people about recycling correctly and encourage organizations to produce or use materials from recycling products.
One of the most obvious problems that we can see is the growth of urbanization, especially in many developing countries. More and more small towns and surrounding areas are now turning to medium and big cities with a large number of buildings and constructions, which produce tons of metal waste and smoke in the air. Besides, there is a number of people who do not know and care about classifying waste, mostly in Africa and Asia. They do not have a habit of reusing plastic products such as one-time plastic bags or water bottles or reducing items made from harmful and hard to disintegrate in the environment.
To tackle this issue, governments should start to educate people on how to distinguish waste correctly, starting with children. By putting them into the curriculum and practicing in class and at home, children can learn the 3Rs - Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse, and apply them to daily life. Adults also need to be taught by having leaflets about recycling requirements in their houses and they can be fined or paid more in taxes or waste management services if they do not separate garbage and waste properly. Governments can encourage organizations to produce more products that are made from recycled materials and can spread the trend of protecting the environment. For example, Adidas is a worldwide company that uses materials from trash to create a new model of shoes that changes the mindset of the young generation about wasting problems.
In conclusion, urbanization and consumers' recycling habit are major problems leading to the increase of trash all over the world. However, governments may have to educate their citizens about the issue and how to recycle correctly. Moreovers, companies may help to reduce and change the mindset of consumers by having environme
