There are three main things to consider before writing your essay:
1. Tone (formal or informal)
Sometimes students are friendly with their tutors, but I think it would be better to write a formal letter. Start with your tutor’s surname (e.g. Dear Mr. Smith,) and end with “Yours sincerely,”. Avoid contractions (write “I am” instead of “I’m”), and avoid using informal idioms or expressions. Be polite rather than friendly.
2. Purpose
The main purpose of this letter is to inform your tutor that you are leaving the course. Make this clear straight away (e.g. I am writing to inform you that...). Then cover the three points, writing a short paragraph for each.
3. Ideas
I recommend spending a few minutes planning ideas for each of the task points before you start writing. You need to decide what the evening course is about, what your full-time job is, a reason why you are too busy with work to continue with the course, and whether you want to leave completely or perhaps continue at a later date.

Dear Ms. Smith,
I am currently working at Tim Horton's as the branch manager. I work full time hours every weekdays, starting from 6 am to 2 pm and do some overtime work when needed to.
It is with great priviledge that the company's branch where I am in has chosen me to be sent to some of the countries in Asia to conduct a survey and promote our brand for a project expansion outside of Canada. It will take me 3 to 4 months to finish before I can come back. With that being said, I will not be able to attend my evening classes with you every weekend starting on the first week of March.
I am very pleased to be in the Fashion design class led by you. The company has promised to give me some time for a break and that will give me clear schedule for the following couple of months and will be taking the opportunity to go back into taking the course again. I would be very pleased to see you on the coming semester.

Nowadays we are producing more and more rubbish.
Why do you think this is happening?
What can governments do to help reduce the amount of rubbish produced?

There are tons of rubbish we are making everyday for the past couple of years. In my opinion, it is with the joint effort of the people and the government to alleviate the problems with regard to garbage pollution.
Big companies is one of the biggest contributor in the production of wastes. They can increase unwanted waste disposal from expelling junk through sewage system, land fills and even through the air. Every individual in the community is not excluded in making a great impact in the continuation of increasing amount of trash around. The inability to sense the need to clean and keep own garabage properly is the beginning of an escalating problem with waste disposal.
There are several ways to lessen the production of rubbish around. First, is the total avoidance of littering everywhere and that starts with how disciplined every individual is. Pocketing small paper or candy wrappers rather than throwing it on the sides of the streets is a small act with a great impact. Second would be the separation by classes when disposing garbages. It would make a great effort to help the government by terms of collecting household wastes for an easier classification. Recycling is one of the common ways to reduce the amount of junk. From plastics to cloths to metals, all can be recycled and put to a good use afterwards.
In conclusion, the people's help and the goverment's effort to lessen the circulating rubbish would be a great benefit for everyone. If we begin to be do our responsibility by producing less garbage and exercise recycling a lot and through helping out in the community in every possible waym it would be profitable both for the people and the environment where we live in.
