The diagram shows the design of a modern landfill for household waste. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The given diagram show the design of a modern landfill for household wastes. Overall, it can be seen that diagrams 1 and 2 is the preparation of the land to be used and the construction of the floor and wall lining of the man-made hole. On the other hand, diagrams 3 and 4 shows the usage and the closure of the landfill after its use.
To start things off, the first diagram shows the preparation of the land to used wherein a hole is dug up to the level of the natural bed rock of the Earth's crust. In the second diagram the man-made hole is lined with clay, forming the first layer, followed by synthetic substances forming the second layer, in between this layers a drainage tank and pipes are installed at the base of the hole which completes the structure of the modern landfill.
The third diagram shows the usage of the landfill wherein household waste are put inside the man-made hole and as these waste decay they form into a liquid waste which drain into the drainage tank. From here on out, in the fourth diagram it shows that after the man-made hole has been filled with household waste, the top layer is covered with clay. And by using the drainage pipes, gases are extracted to be used commercially.

Research is valuable information the can shape the world and there has been an issue whether these research studies should be shared or not. There are two opposing opinions wherein one states that some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely, while another opines that sharing as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world is a good thing. The writer will present an essay on the preference on the latter opinion.
Information is a very powerful tool that can either help or destroy something or someone, scientific researches in the study of biological warfare are not released although glimpses of it can be seen are not vocally released as it can destroy a nation, although rumored to be a part of this research is the COVID-19 infection it has been said that it was derived or mutated from a number of existing viruses like SARS, and further development of this virus is destructive, and as such research materials in line with this were never published. Another are government funded scientific research laboratory such as Area 51 wherein state secrets are kept hidden to protect the welfare of every citizen and is well guarded by the United States Army.
On the other hand, a lot of this researches are shared. An example of this is the 3 point seatbelt created by Nils Bohlin at around 1950's which up to this day is still being used in modern cars, instead of patenting or copyrighting the use of this device the inventor shared it to the world in order to save lives. Another are the scientific researches to observe the rising sea levels and the ice caps of the North and South pole with the release of the results of these reserches people around the world are making ways to help save Mother Earth and the rising global temperature which is the major contributor of the rising sea levels. Moreover a lot of the results of research conducted are the basis of the current trend in the business world surveys are conducted to what consumers are more likely to buy.
In conclusion, sharing of research information is the key to the development of the modern world wherein these researches are essential to improve the lives of people, while not sharing this information does not contribute to either the improvement or decline of progress.
