The chart shows the calculation of British Emigration to selected destinations between 2004 and 2007. The data is sourced by international Passengen Survey/ONS. Most of the British emigration selected Australia. During 2004 to 2007, more than 40,000 people choose Australia. In 2006, over 50,000 peple selected Austrlia. As for Spain, there are around 35,000 people selected it as their destination between 2004 to 2006. And there is a decline in 2007, which only 28,000 people selected Spain. Seldom people choose New Zealand and the USA as their destinations. There are only around 25,000 people per annum choosed New Zealand, and the number is continuing decline during 2004 to 2007. For people who choosed France as their destination are unstable, over 30,000 people choosed France in 2005 and the number suddenly decline to 18,000 in 2007. In general, Australia is the first choice for british emigration.

I agree with this statement that studying the English language in an English-speaking country is the best but not the only way to learn language.
The advantages of studying English language in an English-speaking country are obviously. Firstly, an English-speaking country could force you to use English to communicate. For example, if you are studying in an University in Australia, you have to study English first otherwise you would not understand what the lecturers said, what is the meaning of the assignment, what you need to learn. The pressure of continuing study will incent you to study English quickly. Secondly, you could learn English daily while you are in an English-speaking country. You can see English words everywhere, such as words on the food packages, on the road, on your phones. You can also listen English everywhere, from the TV, audios, people's conversations and many other ways. A massive input of English could help you learn it quickly and accurately. Thirdly, you will have many great choices to output your English. For example, you have to say English to order food in a restarant, you have to communicate with your teachers and students who speak English, you need to use English to shop in a mall. There is no doubt that living in an English-speaking country could enhance your English better than any other ways to learn English.
However, there are many other ways to learn English. Although some people may interested in English country and want to study their language or they may need to use English due to job requirement, not everyone has a chance to go abroad to study English. To learn a language, you can use online sources. For example, you can watch vidoes on Youtube, there are many blogers use English in their vedios. You can also learn English through some English training courses in your country,
In general, studying the English language in and English-speaking country is the best, it provides you an environment surround with English atmosphere to learn this language. However, location is not a limited factor that stop you studying English, there are still many ways to learn a language.
