One half of the population have a belief that little pupils, who go to school should't be pressered with burden of homework by the facuilty, whereas the other half of them oppose the opinion, saying that homework plays a vital role in the educational development of the children. The following paragraphs will help to view both the perspectives.
Throwing some light on the aspect, which is that, homework should not be given to the young minds. Children have a very sensitve mind and so they tend to grasp only a little at a point of time. Pressering them with homework would affect their minds. Even these people are not much into studies at this point in their life, barging them ton of homework would also affect their interest with education and school. After going home, kids should have time for co-curriculum activities, which also has an important aspect in their lives.
It is also true that homework acts as a crucial element of their education. After being taught once in school, childern dont have the ability to remember for life time. Here, homeworks helps them to know, if the concepts taught in school are crystal clear or not. The goal behind giving homework is that, children should revise the chapters that they were tutored in school. Moreover, this also helps to build up children's study habbits. Nevertheless, as the saying goes 'practice makes the man perfect' homeworks support this ideology.
Coming to the conclusion, I believe that childern should be given homeworks, so that they can brush up their knowledge, but the amount of the it should be such that they can get time for other activies also which is really important for their development.
