Task 1

The diagram displays the process of how the circuit board are produced by following some steps.
Overall, the process consists of 8 steps and one more where the rejected pieces are thrown away. The whole process starts with the delivery of circuit-board material and ends with the delivery to the factories.
First of all, the circuit board materials are collected to deliver those for further processes. Next, those materials undergo cutting and spraying with a fire retardant. after that, materials are cleaned properly.
Now, these materials have to undergo a semi-circular process. Firstly, it goes through an automated IC attachment and soldering. Then, It is inspected visually and it is tested for quality control. Therefore, two types of boards are found, faulty and good. So, the chips from rejected boards are thrown away in one process and in another process, the final testing happens with the good ones.
After the final testing, some circuit boards are not ready for packaging so they have to undergo the automated IC attachment and soldering process again but the other set of prepared circuit boards go through the packaging process. Finally, the packages of circuit-board are delivered to the factories.
