As you may know, I have been working for our department for about four years. However, my daughter has applied for an English course at the University of Australia and moving there is a must because of her studies. Only when I get your approval, will I be able to join my daughter there. To be honest, it means a lot to my daughter to be with her.
As for my current commitments, I will handle it remotely while I am working at my office there. I promise to meet all my deadlines as if I am here among the team members.

Primarily, the hiring process does not assess the prospect employee for skills like cooperative skills. Human resources would rather focus on technical skills than assess these types of abilities. For instance, It is said that the more companies spend on training and development of its own employees, the more loyal and efficient the work will be. Moreover, human resources should test the soft skills abilities before hiring. Were the candidates properly assessed, businesses would acquire those talents.
In short, only when companies train their new employees on the basic interpersonal skills and give more budget for new joiners so that they acquire better talents, will the working crews have skills required to do the job.
