Dear Mr Shaji,
I am writing this letter to draw a request for granting me to work in our head office in the next six months.
Foremost of all, my wife got an opportunity to do her research at Wellington University, which is very close to our head office. So if you leave me to work there, I can join with her and it will be great assistance to her studies as well. Apart from this, I learned that a couple of personality development programs are going to introduce in that office in the next few months. I favour attending on that so as it will be mutually beneficial for me as well as our branch office. Lastly, I have been running here for the last three years and I would like to explore a metro environment for a while which can be acquired there.
If that could be possible, I can reach over the tasks to my colleagues as soon as possible. As we are doing our work in an agile methodology everyone is cognizant of what is pending and where need a fix. Thus it is easier to hand over the tasks. Finally, Ms Bhavya and Ms Lakshmi are well aware of the project hence they can handle the project in my absence without any stress.
I would like to request you to get approval from the head office on my temporary transfer. Besides, I would be grateful if you can arrange me an accommodation in our company guest house when I reach there.
Awaiting a positive response from you.
Sincerely and yours faithfully

You should write at least 250 words.
New joiners in certain businesses lack basic social skills including cooperative skills. There may be various social factors leading to this issue case by case. In this essay, I am looking for the most possible cause for this and some suitable suggestions to solve the mentioned issue.
The foremost reason for new employees is not much social, is the over usage of smart mobile phones. Mobile phones create a virtual space for each individual and everyone is limited in their own online social space such as Facebook and Whatsapp which subsequently make them introvert. There are a few studies shown that an average working man uses about 2-4 hours in social networking sites. This, in turn, reduces the productivity in the organisation as well as the teamwork.
Arranging the entire employees for team-based competitions can make a lot of improvements to this cause. By arranging so the new employees need to mingle with senior employees. This, in turn, build a bond between them and thus increase their cooperative skills. The team-based competitions include games like cricket and football where no anyone can achieve success individually but definitely can done by teamwork. Addition to this, the management can arrange some sessions to improve the social skills of the newbies. As social skills are a learnable skill, many of them can utilize it and thus they will be beneficial for the company as well as for themselves also.
In summarizing, the rise of technologies make man self-reliable but reduce his basic skill of being social. Businesses and organisations always requires team players, not a superior individual. So it is the mutual responsibility of the individual as well as the organisation to be social and develop the interpersonal skills.
