Write a letter to your manager. In your letter:
- explain why you want to work in the company’s head office for six months

I am writing you this letter in regards to the opportunity which were discussing for gaining a six-month experience at our New York head office, As I have been in this role for over 2.5 years now, I feel confident enough to explore more opportunity within the company . Since I have been working closely with you from the past few months, always producing the most sales even on a new recent project.
Since we have plenty of people in the same role as me, I believe there should be no problem dividing the work among the present people. Although I have made sure for the time I will be away I have my sales for two months yet to come in which will be a great help in meeting our quarterly targets.
Even though I will be away for a duration of six months, However, the experience which I will be gaining by working with the head office people will open new doors to enhance my carrier in the company.

In Today's world of international and multinational companies, the expectation for the employees is set high which is fair as with the growing world economy. Every company wants to be best and known for it's potential. Now in order to archive this status, an employee has to go through a challenging path.
Although each business minimum requirements is to hire young employees like fresh graduates so that they can coach them in a way they would succeed. However, the graduates may be aware of how the business runs or how a company runs? But when it comes to performing they might not have the right tools or the skill set. Rome was not built in a day same way skills cannot be developed overnight its a process more you do better you get at it.
Since they have just completed the degree in the field of business a lot of them lack practical knowledge which is facing real-life challenges on the job. From working in a diverse group of people to working under pressure to meet the quarterly or yearly targets.
However, in order to over these challenges for not having the right skill for the role, its best for the employer to run regular training programs and live coaching sessions where the employee gets hands-on training for the role which will help them develop the skills to maximize their potential in the role.
Even if the company makes a small change by not talk about the benefits and the company culture and how much fun they will have the office environment. Rather than giving them facts showing them the real examples of how to deal with clients or what so ever the role requires will have a huge impact on the skills of the employee. It all depends on what your business values more of its employees or clients.
