In contemporary era where online businesses are booming, some business are encountering difficulties because some of the new employees lacks interpersonal skills like cooperative skills. This essay will discuss about the causes of such lacking and the best possible solutions to cater these issues.
One of the most important skill an employer look in an employee is a resilience; which means flexibility. The world is now moving towards globalization and most of the new businesses are operating online and in online business you need to satisfy your customers in every possible way. But it has been noted that most of the new employees lack basic interpersonal skills like cooperative skills and they get hyper very quickly while dealing with the customers, which creates a problems for an organisation because with such behavior of their employees they cannot work on customer retention. One of the possible reason for such non cooperative attitude is excessive work load on the employees that creates frustration, because due to overload they cannot manage their work-life balance and in return they release their frustration on customers. Secondly, after spending huge amount on studies, they get job with very less wages, that makes them hopeless and in return they sometimes loose resilience.
The possible solution for both these problems is to conduct a training on how to balance work-life in which the trainer tell them the tricks of how to divide their work among their team members and become a good team player, also it should be a responsibility of their seniors to properly guide them about their career path so that the initial rudimentary wages would not be a point of concern for them.
While recapitulating the discussion, i completely bolster the concept that training changes the mindset of an individuals.
