The bar chart below gives information about vehicle ownership in China.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information.

Writing task 1

The bar chart indicates the number of transportation ownership in China, measured in among thousand people during 12 year period, from 1987 to 1999.

In general, the number of vehicle owners increased rapidly every year within the given time frame. Specifically, the number of transportation owned by Chinese in 1999 hold the highest place, while the figure in 1987 witenessed the oposite pattern.

In the first 4 years, there was a slightly upward trend in each year in the number of vehicle possessed by Chinese owners, from circa 250 in 1987 to under 1000 vehicles/1000 people. The figure in the next 3 years was relatively the same with the previous, but then experienced a remarkable upsurge at nearly 2 times higher in the next year.

4 years later on, the number kept rising up to under 3000 vehicles/1000people. And then in the last given year, the transportation's owners rate climbed up by approximately 2000 vehicles/1000people, which was seen to took the first place in the abovementioned figures

Rich countries should allow jobs for skilled and knowledgeable employees who are from poor countries. Do you agree or disagree?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Wealthy nations should have their oppotunities on recruiting skilled and well-educated labourers from underdeveloped nations to work for them. On the aspect of improving all together in such intergrated society, i completety argee with this statement.

Firstly, it is obvious to see a wide range of benefits when developed countries allow people from poor regions getting jobs in foreign countries. As a way to ehance their finance strongly by gathering more intelligent and cultural diversity from all kinds of places around the globe, the company or corporation will possibly take many advantages within their workforce. In other words, multicultural employees who have different perspectives and solutions, as well as methods in order to elevate the business by different ways of thinking in their tasks. The diversity and unlimited creativity are one of the top key elements for the development of a company and the prosperity of the nation itself in a wider view.

Moreover, it is not only about the merits for rich countries but also the enhancement in the well-being of each workers, along with their families that come from the poor ones. It would be really unfair and become a waste of money, time and effort if a skillful individual who has so much potential ability cannot contribute dedicately by utilising 100% of his knowledge for the corporation due to the limited abroad recruitment chances available. Some might find it extremely difficult when it comes to finding jobs in their own countries for many reasons, such as their national working environment is not suitable with their admirations, the income that they get could not meet their demands to cover daily subsistence fee, etc,... Therefore, getting employed in a more professional corporation from a developed nation, along with good compensation is one of the best way for a person to gain achievements that equivalent to his educational level.

To conclude, goverments and abroad entrepreneurs should permit jobs for knowledgable workers from underdeveloped countries as a win-win method in order to expand the horizon for both individual and communal future.
