The bar graph demonstrates data about possession of automobile in China in number of vehicle per thousand people from 1987 to 1999.
Overall, vehicle ownership was minimal at the beginning of the period but gradual rose throughtout the year and reached the peak at the end of the reporting period.
To begin with,in the year 1987 the vehicle ownership was at lowest point at apporximately 250 vehicle per thousand people.In 1989 there number of motor vehicle possession doubled and reached 500 vehilce per thousand people and in 1991 the number continued with upward trend at about 800 vehicles per thousand people.In the year 1993 there was minimal increase from 1991 by around 100 vehicle per thousand people.
On the other hand, in 1995 there was sharp rise in automobile ownership with surge of just lightly below 2000 vehicle per thousand people and surpassed all the previous years.The growth was steady and in 1997 motor vehicle possesion was at about 2900 vehicle per thousand people.In 1999 the automobile ownership superseded all the other years with considerable jump and reached the highest number of motor vehicles citizens had at around 4100 vehicle per thousand people.

Developed countries should accept skilled professionals from undeveloped nations.I fully agree with this opinion and I believe that skilled immigrants brings to countries vast expertise to host countries development and economic growth because the countries are getting already trained people at cheaper cost and less dependance on social service for upkeep.
First and foremost,professional immigrants from poor countries have extensive experience and knowledge bringing same skills to the host countries at cheaper cost since they are already trained.This is because,developed nation will get already trained immigrants workers bring in skills and kowledge to fill in the human resource gap which is cheaper for them.In addition, foreign professionals also bring in vast experiences and skills in major labour markets thus helping in development of the host countries .For instance, Italy and Spain are suffering from shortage in workforce thus turning to immigrant professionals take up those jobs particularly in healthcare, services, construction, farming and education sectors as it was noticed during the COVID 19 pandemic.Thus, allowing foreign workers to get employment in developed countries is advantages for the host countries since they are acquiring already trained people to be deployed into the job market fill in the human resources gap and bring in vast experiece.
Moreover,employment of foreign workers by the richer counteries help them earn income and invest back into the both countries economies.Owing to the fact that,allowing skilled and experienced professional intot the job market bring in income for them reducing burden on social services for their basic upkeep.Notably,giving opportunities for experts to utilize and earn income will help them invest in development of host countries by paying taxes and building business and mother countries through varous form of remittance.For examples,immigrants workers invest back in various business both in host and mother countries and helping in growth of economy.Therefore,rich contries should give experts from poor countries opportunities in labour market to earn income which will reduce burden on social services and also allow progress in economy through various form of investments and remittance.
In summary,developed nations should give chance for foreign experts to join labour market because they bring vast experiences and knowledge which are vital for development of host nations.Further,intergrating immigrants professionals into the workforce is cheaper for the host country since they do not need to invest into their training and less depedance on social services support.
