To begin with, the different living experience will stimulate a knowledge exchange environment. When an organization has a rich cultural diversity, it will generate more creative ideas because the employees are not stuck in the common sense, which is described as the same belief, and attitude about an object. For example, a company recruting employees with the same beliefs will find it hard to think outside of a box which is belived as an essential factor to creating a breakthrough to the challenges the company are facing with. Hence, in global companies, creative idea is inevitable to increase competitive advance. In a broader context, this will help the economy develop faster.
