The influence of the technology is debatable in nawadays life .life styles, logements, and killing time habits are also been influenced .This phenomenon has not only benefits but also disadvantages. In this essay i will consider to debate both advantages (benefits) and desadvantages.

Information technology is on of the branches of thecnology that is higly usefull for human society. In modern lifestyle almost evreything, at home, workplace, or even leisure places recure information technology. We cannot imagine a modern home or workplace without computer, television,telephone,etc.for example recently i moved to a new home ,which need a litle bit work to make a modern living place. i could not think to get there without a telephone ,television or internet.so its inamaginable for me to have a home or office without information technology's items.

As many branches of technology, information technology has its negative sides. I alway get disturb when a social media message drops on my phone or computer, and i get distracted . The internet distract poeple at work , enevn at home while spending time with family. how erver movies on television or internet effect children's education. Kids dont concentrate on their studies while parents are not around . yhey are naïve and they get distracted easily. In adddition, my daughter stop focusing on her alphabets study when she hear ra song from mobile phone.

In conclusion information technology is important for the modern life. It help humans at home and at work. It has both advantages and disadvantages. I beileive that its benefits are more important that desadvantages.
