The bar chart shows some noticeable changes about the percentage of people were born in and out side different places of Australia between 1995 and 2010.
From a general perspective, people born in cities captures significant porpotions, which are 50% and 60% respectively, in both in and outside Australia in 1995, followed by people who were born in rural areas as second place. People born in towns always has the minmium percentage in 1995 - 20% in Australia and 15% offshore.
Now time comes to 2010, same situation happens as it was in 1995, the porpotion of people born in cities is the largest. Nevertheless the percentages of people born in towns and rural areas are relatively similar regardless of national boarder, which are merely less than 20% respectively.
In conclusion, the trends in the bar chart indicate the urbanlisation has been increasingly growing between 1995 and 2010 and people are going to gather in cities in the future.

Appearantly people has been eco-friendly in recent years, and the most essential task of treating our enviornment properly lies on how to mitigate waste generation.
Waste that mainly comes from packaging meterials of products has been considered as a challenging goal in terms of sustainable development. Hence, some say it is customers' responsibility to avoiding buying products with a lot of packaging because products packaged in a way like this could be easily recognised from other products offered by competitors, then to enhance the possibility of being chosen by consumers and eventually to complete purchase. Therefore if customers could be selective to items they wish to buy, the producers will stop doing this useless marketing method and the problem will be addressed.
From my perspective, I firmly believe that to reduce usage of packaging of goods should be the duty of producers such as manufacturers and supermakets. It is because that producers could have been able to focus on what customers desire in the form of competition in innovation depth and service delivery, which helps to bridge a bond between consumers and producers that ultimately realises long-term commercial success and sustainable environmental development. Knowing that customers are more likely to make payments in relation to the core of products in stead of packaging. Smart consumers understand their needs and evaluate them with your products, once they have found what your products offer could not meet their perception they will immediately stop thinking of buying a product that is only about fancy packaging.
In conclusion, producers should pay attention to reduce the amount of packaging meterials, taking up the social responsibility to realise sustainable development, and focus on how to innovate new products and provide better services that match the products to achieve commercial success.
