Those people believe that smoking is the same as antisocial as the use of a mobile phone, and think that it should be banned in some areas. However, I strongly disagree with this view.

The use of mobile phone has its own advantage and disadvantages just like smoking, although the latter has a great effect on one's health it is not as much as using a mobile phone. Basically, one of the huge advantages of using a cellular phone is a new means of communication, whereas video calls or chatting can be done. Also, it can be useful in studying especially during online classes if laptops are not available. Other good aspects of being knowledgeable on using a phone, in terms of work, it can be used as a daily calendar for meetings and other important events that help you look at the internet on your phone.

However, excessive usage of mobile phones can be a significant disadvantage for individuals, just like smoking. For instance, driving while texting or making a call, can result in road accidents that may involve other innocent people. Using cellular phones during office hours causes a delay in the daily routine of an employee because the task should be done instead, you stack on playing or scrolling on your phone. Imprudent gaming on the phone can result in various health issues like arthritis of the finger, and stiff neck.

To conclude, the use of mobile phones has its own benefits for every person, they just need to control their manner of usage, just like a habit of smoking. If there is a proper guide or handling of mobile it has wide relevant use in our everyday life.
