Sociologists and politicans always believe human beings cannot live alone, so it is the reason of why we develop our society. However, no matter how hard people try to build a desirable society, this hope just nearly impossible to be realized. Everyone may have their own thought towards an ideal society. In my opinion, an ideal society should have no coflict with two pilars called trust and empathy.
While some people think that one indicator of how ideal a region is should be the national wealth or its GDP, I think trust among people should be valued more. In recent years, a study revealed that 99% wealth of the world was owned by the 1% people in the world and the fact has strengthened the confrontation between the rich and the poor because people think that the rich isn't trustworthy that they just oppress the grass-root and take their money by breaking their promises. This example shows that economy does not equal to how great a society is, but trust can be. If people have confidence of the others' behavior, the society could has less confict. Having a look at the factor of trust, we may ask how empathy can help to construct an ideal society.
It seems that a community is always full of conficts and misunderstanding, but empathy may shed the light on how to get away from those unpleasant things. By psychological research, a person with higher level of empathy always has lower possibility of a combat or argument with others as they can always wear the caps of the others to think. Consequently, they can understand and accept the ideas or thoughts easier. With more people being considerate and generous, our living place can develop a new culture which encourages us to avoid confronting with others and to facilitate everyone to understand each other more .
To conclude, I want to live in a society with no conflict among people. For accomplish this dream, sharing trust and to be empathetic are critical to everyone. Living peacefully can pave the way for people having more time to focus on their habits, interests and personal growth, eventual leading our socicety to be more multidimensional with love, understanding and trust.
