In general, Cities have the most percentage of people living in both groups of people between 1995 and 2010. In addition, percentage of people living in cities increases in both group sover the period.
In 1995, most of people born in Australia lived in Cities, about 50% and increased to 65% in 2010. People lived in Towns who born in Australia had 20% in 1995, then decreased to 18% in 2010. In addition, People lived in Rural areas who born in Australia decreased from 30% to 18% between 1995 to 2010.
People born outside Australia had 60% people live in Cities in 1995, and increased to 80% in 2010. In addtion, people lived in Town was 14% in 1995 and this figure decreased to 10% in 2010. People lived in Rural areas had a sharp decrease between 1995 and 2010, from 40% to 5%.

Some people feel that manufacturers and supermarkets have the responsibility to reduce the amount of packaging of goods. Others argue that customers should avoid buying goods with a lot of packaging. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
