The bar chart below describes some changes about the percentage of people were born in Australia and who were born outside Australia living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

You should write at least 150 words.

Answer

The graphs represent clear percentages of people born in Australia cites,towns and rural areas in years 1995-2010.

In 1995 majority of the people were born outside Australia at 60% followed by rural areas at 40% only 20% were born in towns .

People born outside Australia in the year 2010 was highest at 80%in the cities and lowest below 20% in rural areas as well as towns.

In 2010 their was a draw in percentage below 20% for people born within Australia towns and rural areas similiar to same percentage as those born outside Australia towns in the year 1995

About the same percentage of people born within Australia city area in 1995 at 50% and slight rise at 60% in the year 2010.

According to the graphs highest percentage of people were born outside Australia however in the city area with percentages at 60% and 80% respectively of the years.

There was a big drop for people born in rural areas and towns out side Australia as years progressed from 1995-2010.

Write about the following topic.

Some people feel that manufacturers and supermarkets have the responsibility to reduce the amount of packaging of goods. Others argue that customers should avoid buying goods with a lot of packaging. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

You should write at least 250 words.

Answer

Manufactures and the supermarket venders are considered to be resposible for the pricing of goods packaging by some people however others are of the view that this is a customer's responsibility as the end user.
