As students since small, we are being forced to do a ton of homework by our teachers and as time goes we are used to it. But in today's world, everything has changed including the method of teaching, education system, technology, and syllabus but still, children are forced to do homework.
If we look from one point of view homework is a burn given to children which has the capability to destory their future. As children, they should explore the world and learn new stuff which will lead them to find their true passion and the reason for their birth but this homework takes up all of their time and make them sit and study the same stuff they studied at school which makes them feel bored. Also, this will make children hate studies which will affect their whole life. Further, I also think that the reason why children hate to read books that can change their life.
On the other hand, homework has the capability to improve children's skills in managing time which will be useful for them in the future because as children if they learn to manage time and do their homework they will gain the ability to do their work on time which improves their discipline. Also, homework is a practice that will help students to identify their doubts and to learn better which will help them to score more marks in their exams and this will also teach them to identify their mistakes and correct them.
In my opinion, I think homework should not be given to children by teachers because homework ruins children's childhood.
