Dear Sara,
Good to hear from you , as it was such a long time we didn't meet together , I hope you are in a good heath and that you are doing good in your study , as i remembered you are doing a master degree in special needs .
There is many sad stories and news that is going around lately in my country that make the people interested to offer any kind of help and also to keep being updated about the news.
One of them , a little girl living in Gaza , who is seven years old with cancer disease on the left side of her face . Unfortunately, she is unable to play with her friends or to go the school or to live her age.
However, her determination and her hope is strong , her faith in God keep her smiling and looking fot a better life.
Futhermore, she can not travel to take a proper treatment and medications , as u know people in Gaza are suffering especially that not all of the supplements and money reaches to them.
So, as a sense of humanity all the people got attached to this little girl story , who is life is in danger .
As a mother and as a human the story touches my heart and Iam doing my best to get in contact with her family to see what we can do to help , inorder , to give this beautiful girl a chance of living normally like her friends.

A healthy person is often described as someone who has a good diet, gets plenty of exercise and avoids stress.
What should people do to stay healthy in your country?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Being healthy is a very important issue to consider all around the world, especially with high percentage of diseases among people, one of the reasons for that is not eating healthy food and the daily life stress that the people are going through.
Eating a healthy balanced diet is very important. Focusing on how many potions of fruits and vegetables we are consuming daily is a crucial point. Furthermore, the quality of the fruits and the vegetables is important , it needs to be organic as much as we can. Food that is high in fiber it needs to take a part in our daily routine.
Water, drinking a plenty amount of water is what we need to remember every day . As, it has many benefits to our bodies.
Doing a daily excrises help us to stay healthy and to impose our mood , making us feeling good , happy and satisfied. It is highly recommanded to exercise for at least 20 minutes daily for three times a week.
Recently, our lives is full of stress from all the aspects, and it has been approved that stress considered one of the reasons for high blood pressure , obesity and many heart problems.
In my opinion , each one needs to understand how much its important to eat healthy food so that, they will avoid the junk food or the prepacked food.
Also, encourging our selves and our kids to do exercise daily or even to have a daily small walk , it will improve our mood condition as well as reducing the stress.
The government can play a role in this by not allowing a junk food in the school menu and adding more exercise lessons to the school timetable.
I try to educate my self about this issue and to know more how to make a healthy food for my kids as it is very important for their growth , also ,to encourage them to do execrise or to have a daily walk , this will post their energy.
Finally, staying healthy is important especially, that our modern lifestyle is not like before , its full of stress that will carry with it a plenty of diseases, many junk food resturants are available that was not before. Also, the nature of the work as some of them needs sitting on the desk chair for extended time this is so harmful thats why exercise is important.
