Writing task 2

In most education systems, the home tasks are part of the lessons that are being taught in the class while sometimes it becomes unnecessary for students to carry extra lesson exercises as their homework. In this essay, the author will discuss both situations and place her view that homework is important but it certainly needs to be within the limit.

Traditionally, the homework is mostly assigned to students to verify their understandings of recent classes. So many parents tend to believe that it is essential for the development of their offsprings' academic skillset. For example, a particular student seems to be weak in mathematics, so whenever there is homework related to math, he will get the chance to practice more. Practicing and doing tasks sincerely would be the key to that student's success. Not only home tasks are a form of practice but also a check point to clear out any harder topics by contacting their respective teachers.

However, the burden of the home tasks are sometimes too great to be carried out. For example, when a student spends 8 to 10 hours in a school, he certainly needs a break from any monotonous lessons. That might be impossible because of their extensive works provided by their masters. As a result, even though their school time is over, they cannot rest or participate in any form of entertainment to remove the boredom. Thinking about children's physical and mental exhaustion, some people are opposing the ritual of homework given by the teachers.

The author agrees with teachers giving limited amount of task that would not harm a student's personal life and be enough for practicing what he has learnt in the classes. For completing homework, teachers should remember the students need a certain amount of time and set the due dates accordingly. That is how it would not be a burden to the students.

In conclusion, both of the views on the homeworks are corrent from their stand.
