I hope you are doing well, I missed you so much ,its been long time since we saw each other, I am writing this letter to inform you that as you know new york holds huge festival once a year and, on this year its will be held here in 16feb, resulting in a large number of celeribities well come, it includes our favorite singer LADY GAGA, I know you always dreamed to see her, I hope you will come it will be much entertaining , since last year you didnt come, resulting in myself going alone, however that time maluma came it was amaizing concert he even invited me to come and sing with him on the stage infront a big number on audiens, I was nervious, and wished you were here.

What should people do to stay healthy in your country?

Nowadays, its known to stay fit its better to have follow healthy diet, play any type of Phisical activity, also provide yourself a calm mentality, those are the rule to a long and happy life.
Canada is where I am from , states that the production of intelliegence minds come from a fit, and strong body too, especially on todays tartificial technology everyone can be educated on how to take care of their body, what diet they should follow, which type of sports suits them more, for instance yougers always follow the liftting wieghts to get bigger muscles ,while olders go to yoga, pilates and miditation classes to maintain their strength, and protect thier bodies from certian kind of diseases that comes with growing old, furthermore scientists made a study on number of people with different ages about the relationship between metal / phisical health and age which resulted that 60 % that followed a healthy life reached thier 70s without any chronic diaseas.
What specialize canada from other contries is that it provide these kind of thing for thier nations by building huge number of gyms and cilincals in low costs to reach their citizens finanially, forexample I am a student and part-time waiter, for that I get 20% discount on all the gymes and nutritional clinics.
In conclusion, following health and calm life can make huge diffrent ,as well as give happiness, calm, espeially with todays internet knowlege, its not difficult, whats hard is to have the courage to change the bad habbits with good habbits resuting in live happines.
