In the given statement, it is stated that studying the English language in an English-speaking country is the best but not the only way to learn English. Studying and learning is quite different than each other. We do study a lot of things but we apply or learn them practically.
The same goes for English, we can take as many classes to study English from any best institution but we can not learn it until we start speaking and writing ourselves. We can study books, go to English institutions etc.
I agree with the statement that it's not the way to learn English, we can learn English from watching seasons, practicing it while watching seasons with our favorite character is one of the best ways to learn English. It gives you a lot of confidence to speak, listen and read too. I think this works far way better than other learning techniques by practicing it. It's not like you are studying or learning something you just start becoming your favorite character from the show and you start talking in English the way they talk and then you start learning it without putting and stressing to learn English.
We can also learn English from an online institution, learn vocabulary from, start talking to people in English, start thinking in English and so on. If we need to focus on grammar, we should use the book and learn the rules and we can learn vocabulary from online listings.
If we want to learn English we need to just start it without thinking a lot, but in my opinion, seasons are the first best way to start learning it and after that, you can learn vocabulary and grammer.
