You asked me in your last email about the home schooling in China, which is rather new and has been a "hot" topic all over China.

It happened three months ago when a university professor took his son back from school and decided to teach the little boy himself. Then several of his colleagues did the same thing, which later developed into a small group of familiesl. There is an interesting phenomenon that all of the parents are well educated and are experts in different aspects. With one put up the proposal of forming a home school, each parent to take one subject, the home school has formally set up.

Without doubt, it attracts people's attention because different people have different opinions towards it. Some of course support the idea since they are not satisfied with their children's schooling, some oppose it with the idea that it will do harm to children in long term because those children are special and separated from the real society, and others keep eye on it to see how it will develop.

In my opinion, I do think it's good both for children and parents. All the parents are university professors, which means they are professional and are available to provide better teaching. If I have children, I will join the group, of course, I have to get their permission.

A healthy person is often described as someone who has good diet, gets plenty of exercise and avoids stress. Different people have different ways to stay healthy.

I was born in southern China, where people are well-known to have healthy diet with less salt and less oil. We cook three times every day, providing hot and fresh food to the whole family. Fish and egg are the most popular, which contains high protein. Regarding vegetables, we would try a variety vegetables with differnt colors, each high in different nutrients.

Apart from eating healthily, southern people like taking walk after meal. As for young people, baminton is very popular. Jogging is considered an excellent exercise, which is good for heart and is said to lengthen life. One can prolong life by 20% by jogging 3-4 times a week. Is it amazing? Cheap and easy. But not every one can persisit it. I remember when I was little, after dinner, my parents would go downstairs with me and my brother and walked for half an hour. But then when I grew up, I am occupied by work and work and endless work. Actually, now I would say it is just excuse. If you attach high importance to it, you definately will spare no efforts to do it.

Sometimes, people may say, I know what is beneficial but find it hard to stick to it with too many tempations around. The longer they stay flat, the more stressful they feel, which consequently leads to anxiety.

It is essential to knowing what is the most important to you, make a plan and keep to the plan. Then you can enjoy a healthy life.
