The line graph illustrates China's production and utilization of oil per day in the middle of year 1982 to 2006.
Overall, China's usage and manufactured of oil increased for 24 years ago. In the beginning of the year, production exceeded consumption of oil per day. Then, opposite happened at the end of the year.
To begin, in 1982 China's production of oil was approximately 2 million per day. It increases by 1 million in 4 years. Then, production steadied to 3 million until 1994. In addition, a minimal increase were seen in 1998, 2002 and 2006.
While the consumption of oil in the beginning of the year was only 2 million per day. Moreover, their usage of oil barrels became stagnant until 1990. Afterwards, in a span of 4 years a significant increase of about 3.5 million were seen, it was also in this year (1994) wherein oil consumption overshadowed production for about nine hundred thousand per day. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2006, China's expenditure of oil surge to 6.1 million per diem.

The environment is something everyone is familiar with. It makes up our surroundings and affects our ability to survive. There are some speculation that a sole person cannot help our surrounding, and only those high ranking officials and big establishment can make some changes. However, i disagree with the statement.
Government and high establishments can help the environment in many ways such as imposing rules and regulations on garbage disposals as well as punishing illegal loogers and also by reducing the use of toxic substance that can harm the panet. However, it is not only the duty of those with power but also each one of us. Everyone has the ability to make a change in our surroundings. Individuals can do simple things like recycle garbages and even planting more trees.
Another point to consider is that by avoid the use of car when possible to avoid pollution. Riding bicycles or walking it off if destination is nereby can be a small step in reducing global warning. Also, people can educatee one's self about the significance of conserving nature. Moreover, supporting fund raisers that help conserve the planet. An example of a global environmental charity is "greenpeace project" which focuses on worldwide issues such as climatee change, deforestation and a like. In addition, buying less products that uses plastics, for example, instead of using plastic bags, we can use paper bag instead.
In conclusion, although government and companies can be of assitance in enhancing the environment. I think that lone individual can take part in saving the environment.
