Writing task 2

Healthy life is the utmost benefit that human being can ever have. It is often described that, to being healthy indivudual need to have a balanced diet along with regular workouts and a good mental health. In this essay I will explain the practices people should follow to achieve a good health in my own country.

Firstly, people need to have a strong physique to being helathy. This is because a good immune system helps to avoid sickness that people may get into. by having balanced diet filled with nutritions and vitamins followed by a regular excercise routine will help to achieve this. For instance, people who consume organic food compared to the ones who eat fast food are less prone to various dieseases. The more people eat clean food and work out the more they become healthy.

Secondly, being mentally healthy is equally imporatnt as physical health for people. This is because people can still be ill due to stress even if they have a good physique. For example, situations like work stress, increased family responsibilities may push people into difficult situations in life. Therefore, most of the people nowadays are following good mental health practices such as meditation, Yoga etc. which will help them to avoid mental stress and have a better life. The more people follow mental health practices the more they avoid stress related problems.

In conclusion, a good physical and mental health is the most important factor for human beings. For a better physical conditions people can follow quality eating habits and workouts while following meditation and yoga to get away from mental stress.
