The diagram displays the process of how the circuit board are produced by following some steps.
Overall, the process consists of 8 steps and one more where the rejected pieces are thrown away. The whole process starts with the delivery of circuit-board material and ends with the delivery to the factories.
First of all, the circuit board materials are collected to deliver those for further processes. Next, those materials undergo cutting and spraying with a fire retardant. after that, materials are cleaned properly.
Now, these materials have to undergo a semi-circular process. Firstly, it goes through an automated IC attachment and soldering. Then, It is inspected visually and it is tested for quality control. Therefore, two types of boards are found, faulty and good. So, the chips from rejected boards thrown away in a process and in another process,
