Your local bookshop has invited members of the public to recommend a guest speaker for an upcoming event that will include a series of talks from well-known people.

Write an e-mail to the bookshop. In your e-mail:

•    suggest a speaker

•    say what they would contribute to the event

•    explain why other people would be interested too

Few people devote time to hobbies nowadays. Say why you think this is the case and what effect this has on the individual and society in general.
