Can I trust your site?
All our payments are safe and secure. If you are not 100% happy, just send us an email and we will refund your money. Trust is our number one priority and our site can not survive without it, so please know that we take it very seriously.
Can I pay in my own currency? I don't want to pay in USD.
Sure, you can pay in your own currency using a credit card or debit card. The amount is in GBP but it will be converted to your own currency.
Do you correct both Academic and General Training Essays?

Can I choose my own questions?
Yes, you can, as long as you send us full questions along with your coursework so that we know what questions you give answers to. However, there is a very wide selection of over 120 Task 1 and Task 2 questions. We recommend that you should choose your questions from this list: https://ieltsonlinetests.com/ielts-exam-library . This is to ensure the questions are authentic and easier for us to maintain the quality.
Can I send you one essay at a time?
Yes, no problem.
Can I send you different essays on different days?
Yes, no problem.
Are the people giving feedback really examiners?
Yes, they are current examiners or very experienced previous examiners, with lots of experience with IELTS.
Does one essay include both Task 1 and Task 2?
No, one essay means one essay, only Task 1 or Task 2
Is your service really 48 hours?
Yes, but our team do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. So if you send your essay on Friday evening or Saturday, you will not receive it back until the following Monday. At any other time of the week, you will usually get your feedback within 24 hours and we guarantee 48 hours.
Can I submit pictures of my essay?
No, all submissions must be typed and entered into our online submission portal.
How does this IELTS Writing Evaluation Service work?
It works in 3 easy steps:

Step 1 - Choose your IELTS Writing Task from our IELTS Test Library.

Step 2 - After choosing your topic, submit your essay and purchase an evaluation pack.

Step 3 - Your IELTS Writing Evaluation Report will be sent to you via email with estimated score band and detailed explanation.

Do you offer other payment options apart from Credit Card and Paypal?
At this time we support only Debit/Credit Card and Paypal account.
Are there discounts if I buy many tasks at once?
Sorry, we will consider this option in the future.
How do I submit my tasks for correction?
Type and save your work as Microsoft Word file (or just a text file), then attach and send it to us. That's all!
How will I get my work back?
We will send it to your email address.
How many tasks can I submit at once?
As many as you like.
What does "task" mean?
When we say "task" we mean IELTS writing task 1 (a letter/report), or writing task 2 (an essay).
Can I write on paper, scan and send you the images without retyping them in MS Word?
Sorry, you have to type your essay.
When will my package expire?
A package expires after 2 years from the day you purchased it. This is more than enough time for you to prepare, pass the test with a great score, and forget all about it!

What if I am not happy with the service or want a refund?
You can get a refund within 14 days from the date you purchase if you haven't submitted your writing for evaluation If you have submitted your writing then you are not eligible for a refund, but if you think there is something wrong with your Writing Evaluation Report then you can provide an explanation and request a re-evaluation from a different examiner. Re-evaluations are approved at our discretion.
