Woman: Yes, hello. I am planning to spend a few days in your city next week. And I'd like to make a reservation.

The man answers the phone Grand View hotel so the word Grand View has been written at the top of the form. Now we shall begin. You should answer the questions as you listen because you will not hear the recording a second time. Listen carefully and answer questions 1 to 4.

Man: Good afternoon, Grandview hotel.

Woman: Yes, hello. I am planning to spend a few days in your city next week. And I'd like to make a reservation.
