At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

The given maps illustrate the future plans and various advancements of the small town so-called Islip as well as current state of a town.
Overall, the city centre will undergo alterations, which comprises of laying ring road by destroying countryside, narrowing the park and diminish the shopping malls.
According to the current state of the town, the main area of the city is particularly surrounded by the shops, countryside and housing estates. Likewise, we can see that there is the main road which is designed for transports and entertainment facility such as large Park.
The layout of the planned development shows that the ring road will occupy the whole part of the town. Also, the shops which is located at the North part of the town will be demolished and instead of these buildings, new facilities such as: Bus station, shopping centre, car park and new housing will be built up. It is obvious that the main road will be solely designed for pedestrians. At the south part of the town, some part of the first housing area will be knocked down as well as at the East-South part the town, the park will be narrowed in order to build new housing estates. It is worth to note that at the West-South, will be reconstructed new Dual carriageway.
